Weightloss Wednesday #2



Hi guys, just a quick post today about my first weightloss week.  I had a couple of tricky days including a fish and chip lunch with work and my mum and dad's 60th party complete with a hog roast and fuddle desserts (I can never resist a fuddle!).  Anyway, I tried to eat plenty of soup and veggies for the rest of the week and upped the exercise - I went to the gym 3 times and did a Pump FX class.  I managed to lose 3 and a half pounds!  I'm so pleased that I had a good first week and it has left me feeling raring to go for next week.  I'm aiming to do the same again to get my first half a stone off so check in next week to see if I made it!

    I'm on my weightloss journey only been two days and the only thing I've noticed is how awake I feel,

    1. Thanks! Yeah I know what you mean, I've been going to the gym lots and eating lighter meals and I feel like I have so much more energy!
